As our items are highly customized and often made to order, please note that all sales are considered final. We primarily offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Acceptable Reasons for an Exchange

An exchange for your **UJERSEY** product will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange, your **UJERSEY jersey** must be in its original condition:

  • The item must be new, unused, and unworn.
  • All original tags and stickers must be attached.
  • Items deemed worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at their expense, and no exchange will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom Jerseys

Customized and personalized **UJERSEY** products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales for custom items are final. An exchange will only be considered if the customization on your **custom jersey** is incorrect due to an error made by **UJERSEY**.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Provide Order Details: In your email, please include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue, along with any required photos or videos.
  3. Return Shipment: Once your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your courier for the return shipment.
